The week before Christmas was a tough one, the weather is still not cooperating the way we would hope. We are still hampered by up and down weather as well as the rapidly changing water level due to last weeks rains.

December can be a magical month for Lake Allatoona crappie but the weather can be frustrating as well. This past week was frustrating and there was nothing that you could do about it but sit at home and wait for sunny days. The heavy rains this week brought the lake up 3 feet which is always a challenge.
